I spent lots of time looking for capable web designer. I was looking for someone who could take my vague ideas and put them in the template. As someone who doesn't have an eye for colors I was not able to tell Kailoon what is that exactly I am looking for, only some ideas and purpose behind the new design. He was sending me drafts and I was giving him my feedback. Finally we got to our current theme.

When it comes to Kailoon, he is very talented and most importantly he gets things done fast. I can't think of a single time when he would send me a revised draft later then 24 hours after receiving my feedback on the earlier version. He is really fast.

Now there is one thing you should keep in mind. The designer will do what you tell him, he can't come up with an optimum navigation structure for your site because he is simply not aware of your site's audience and browsing habits. Therefore, when brainstorming on your template you should spend a great deal of time thinking what is that you want to achieve with the redesign and check as much similar sites as you can.

I will be definitely hiring this guy in the future again!
