Update: Authentic Job Board

Authentic Jobs is a targeted destination for standards-aware designers and developers and the companies seeking to hire them. You can either apply or post a job using the job board available here.
Since I am a full time freelance web designer now. I check for available jobs either freelance or full time everyday. How about you? Usually, how do you guys get freelance/full time jobs? From where?
