Where To Get Your Own Avatar?

You might notice that nearly every blogs, sites or forum you go. There are plenty of cool and nice looking avatars! Some were created by the authors themselves and some are craeted online! Both are awesome and great! Here I share with you guys some of the good site to get yourself an avatar.

hey, was wondering if you knew of any in-depth character design softwares(kinda like avatar design only more artistic) been looking for some for god knows how long so that i could design a few of my OC’s from my rp’s and fan-fic’s.. since i completely suck at drawing and don’t have anything like photoshop on my computer
